The Special Free Shipping Festive Offer is available only on Domestic Orders. All International Orders will carry the regular shipping charges.

All orders worth $4000 and above will have no shipping charges, for orders valued less than $4000 will be charged a Nominal Shipping, Fumigation & Handling based on actuals. DUTIES & TAXES WILL BE EXTRA FOR ALL ORDERS (Charges may vary depending upon volume, weight & fragility)
PACKAGING
All items are carefully packaged at our fulfillment centre to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the fragile items are packed safely with high quality bubble sheets and air cushions to secure the package. Our products are wrapped and sealed with a tamper proof packaging to ensure that you receive your order in safe and secure condition. If you find any kind of discrepancies, or if the package upon delivery looks tampered with or damaged, please do not accept the package and immediately contact our Customer Service at +91 828 726 3306 (Monday - Saturday 10 AM to 7 PM) or email us at we@addresshome.com.
DELIVERY TIME & TRACKING INFORMATION
Please allow us up to 7-10 business days for Normal delivery from the day you receive the order confirmation. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to us. For re-shipping the missed package, the charges will be borne by the customer. Please provide your complete and accurate address including zip code and mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.

PAYMENT POLICY
addresshome.com offers multiple ways to make payments for your order. We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards, UPI and Net Banking transactions. All your Debit/Credit information remains confidential. Our trusted payment gateway is compliant with the highest standards in the payment processing industry to make sure your personal information is safe.
We also offer Cash Before Delivery as a special service to our valued guests. CBD or Cash Before Delivery is an alternate method of payment that we extend to our valued guests, other than any online payments. In the CBD payment method or CBD service, you will have to deposit the cash in our Bank account. We will dispatch the order, once the payment is reflected in our Bank account. RETURN POLICY
Simplicity, transparency and security are the hallmarks of your online shopping experience at addresshome.com. We go the distance to ensure that every transaction on our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. As a policy, we do not entertain returns on products delivered in perfect, undamaged condition. Please do peruse our Return Policy for your understanding.
A product is only eligible for return under the following conditions:
A wrong product has been dispatched and in the event that a product is not the item selected during order confirmation.
If you identify a quality or a manufacturing defect on the received product.
If the product is received in a damaged condition. Note: Please do not accept any package if it is tampered or damaged upon delivery.
To ensure that we are able to process your returns accurately and promptly, please read through the return process, along with the guidelines that need to be followed.
RETURN PROCESS:
Please raise a Return Request within 48 hrs of delivery by call/WhatsApp our Customer Service at +91 828 726 3306 (Monday - Saturday 10 AM to 7 PM) or mail us at we@addresshome.com.
You will be asked to mail a good quality picture of the received product clearly depicting the issue (in case of damage/defect/incorrect product) along with your order details to we@addresshome.com. (you can mail the picture in the first step, for a faster process). Our Quality Assurance team will check the details in reference to its eligibility of return.
We will then get back to you with your Return Request Status within 2-3 working days of receiving your request mail/WhatsApp with pictures. Once your return request has been accepted, we will arrange a reverse pick up for the product in question. It usually takes about 2-3 working days for organizing a pickup and 7-10 working days for delivery at our warehouse.
Once the merchandise is back at our warehouse, the refund process will get initiated within 7 working days of receiving it. Read further for important details.
POINTS TO REMEMBER:
Product must be returned with the original packaging, including the tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping label (pasted on the packet), invoice etc.
Product should be unused and in the original condition.
Product can be returned for a store credit or a refund, processed within 7 working days of receiving the merchandise in our warehouse.
addresshome.com reserves the right to do a thorough quality check of the product before issuing a store credit or refund. Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case by case basis and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution.
Products bought online cannot be exchanged or returned in our stores.

REFUND POLICY:
All refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the merchandise back at our warehouse. The refunds will be made in form of Store Credits or through the same mode of payment as in the order placement (except for cash payments).
Store Credits are the fastest way of refund, they are a form of money with 6 months expiry date and they are usually processed within 24-48 hours.
All other refunds (except for cash payments) will be issued through the same transaction method used in the original purchase. For example, if you used a credit card as your payment method, the purchase amount will be issued to your credit card. All online refunds are processed within 7 working days. Any NEFT transactions takes about 5 working days to get fully processed, however, for Credits Cards the refund amount will show in your next billing.
Refunds for CBD payments will be issued either through store credits or an account payee cheque in the customer's name (as given in 'billing name' at time of purchase). The customer will receive the cheque within 15 days of receiving the product, this includes the transit time.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Any cancellation requests will only be accepted if they are made within 24 hrs of placing the order and a full refund will be issued for it. No cancellations will be entertained once the package is in transit.
The customer needs to raise a cancellation request to the Customer Service at +91 828 726 3306 (Monday - Saturday 10 AM to 7 PM) or mail us at we@addresshome.com. We will refund the amount by the same mode the customer paid to us except for CBD (that will be refunded either by store credits or a digital bank transfer).

All conditions as mentioned above may not be implied by laws and are limited to the durations and conditions as mentioned and addresshome.com shall not liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages, human injury or losses including but not limited to loss of business, profits or use whether in an action in contract or based out of or in connection with the use or performance of the product. In continuation to the above, the conditions shall not affect the other provisions and also the customer’s statutory rights under applicable Indian laws.
