The eligibility criteria to become a Premier Circle member is an annual purchase of ₹ 5,000 - ₹ 100,000. Customers with an annual spend of ₹ 100,001 - ₹ 200,000 become a member of Elite Circle. Customers with an annual purchase of ₹ 200,001 & above are eligible to be part of Royal Circle. (exclusion: purchases other than INR, discount, gift card redeemed value, Circle points redeemed value)
Each Circle Point is equivalent to 1 Rupee.
You earn 2 Circle Points (₹ 2) for every ₹ 100 Spent as a Premier Circle member, 4 Circle Points (₹ 4) for every ₹ 100 Spent as an Elite Circle member and 6 Circle Points (₹ 6) for every ₹ 100 Spent as a Royal Circle member, on every purchase. These Circle Points can be redeemed on any purchase made at Address Home website or Stores in Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Kolkata.
Address Home Circle membership benefits are accrued only on purchase of Address Home products including Gift Cards at Address Home website or Stores in Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Kolkata. Please contact the specific store team or our Customer Care to check further.
You will not earn Circle Points while redeeming a Gift Card and Circle Points.
Purchases made by utilizing Credit Notes are eligible to earn Circle Points.
Redemption of Gift cards and Circle Points shall be excluded from your eligible annual spend required for enrolling in the program or maintaining/upgrading the membership.
No Circle Points will be earned on the purchase of discounted products, but points can be redeemed on the same. Also, the purchase value during Sale period will be added to upgrade your tier.
You will not earn Circle Points on shipping charges.
Circle points are earned and accumulated on a rolling basis. That means that while you will accumulate Circle Points for every purchase, the points earned for every purchase are valid for a period of 12 months from the date they are earned.
You can redeem as many Circle Points as you want on a single transaction out of your total available Circle Points balance, but it cannot be the only payment method, you will have to at least pay ₹ 10 minimum through a payment method other than Circle Point redemption. For example, if you have 5000 Circle Points in your account, and the order value is ₹ 5,000 you can choose to redeem as many as 4990 points on a single purchase.
In order to redeem, you need to maintain a minimum Balance of 200 Circle Points in your account. That means if your Point Balance is less than 200 Circle Points, you would not be able to redeem any Points. However, you can redeem as many points as you want, even lower than 200.
Accumulated Circle Points are non-transferable and cannot be used for any other purpose other than purchase at Address Home website or Stores in Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Kolkata.
Circle Points cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or Gift Cards.
The customer cannot combine rewards points with any other promotional coupon.
At the time of redemption, please apply Circle Points before applying any other payment mode at checkout on Address Home website.
In case of refund, if all items on the invoice are being returned, all Circle Points earned on the invoice shall be rolled back. If it’s a partial return, the rollback of Circle Points would also be partial.
In case of credit note, the initial points will be rolled back into the account. When the credit note is used, the circle points will be issued again.
Address Home reserves the right to amend, add, remove, and modify any of the terms & conditions of this program at any time without prior notice to the members. Address Home will attempt to notify members of any changes but shall not be liable in any way for failure to do so.
All disputes shall be settled in accordance with the law of India and subject to courts in Delhi.
