International Shipping Policy
Custom Duties & Taxes for International orders:
Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in your order, and are over and above any shipping and handling charges paid at checkout. Most countries charge duties on imported items which are levied at the time of port entry and they vary based on the destination country and the products imported. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency (DHL, TNT etc.) at the time of your order delivery after you receive an invoice by the shipping agent.
Note: In case of International Orders if a customer refuses to pay the Duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and doesn’t collect his/her order from the Shipping agency (like DHL, TNT etc.), then Address Home will not be liable to refund any amount for such orders.
Shipping Charges:
1. Address Home offers free shipping on all orders worth $ 4000 and above.
2. Any part cancellation or refund of the order may attract shipping charges on the balance order.
3. our international shipping charges are as per the slab below.

Delivery Time:
International orders are usually delivered within 15 business days. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries. Country wise delivery timing is provided below:

Return & Exchange:

As a policy, we do not entertain returns on products delivered in perfect, undamaged condition. Please do peruse our Return Policy for your understanding.
. A product is only eligible for return under the following conditions:
. A wrong product has been dispatched and in the event that a product does not match the item selected during order confirmation.
. If you identify a quality or a manufacturing defect on the received product.
If the product is received in a damaged condition. Note: Please do not accept any package if it is tampered or damaged upon delivery.
To ensure that we are able to process your returns accurately and promptly, please read through the return process, along with the guidelines that need to be followed.
Return Process:
1. Please raise a Return Request within 48 hrs of delivery by Call/WhatsApp our Customer Service at 08287263306 (Monday - Saturday 10 AM to 7 PM IST) or mail us at support@addresshome.com.
2. You will be asked to mail a good quality picture/Video of the received product clearly depicting the issue (in case of damage/defect/incorrect product) along with your order details to support@addresshome.com. (you can mail/WhatsApp the picture in the first step, for a faster process). Our Quality Assurance team will check the details in reference to its eligibility of return.
3. We will then get back to you with your Return Request Status within 3-4 days of receiving your request mail with pictures. Once your return request has been accepted, we will arrange a reverse pick up for the product in question. It usually takes about 3-4 working days for organizing a pickup and 10-15 days for delivery at our warehouse.
4. Once the merchandise is back at our warehouse, the refund process will get initiated within 7 business days of receiving it. Read further for important details.
Points to Remember:
- Product must be returned with the original packaging, including the tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping label (pasted on the packet), invoice etc.
- Product should be unused and in the original condition.
- Product can be returned for a store credit or a refund, processed within 7 days of receiving the merchandise in our warehouse.
- addresshome.com reserves the right to do a thorough quality check of the product before issuing a refund. Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case by case basis and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution.
- Products bought online cannot be exchanged or returned in our stores.

REFUND POLICY:
All refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the merchandise back at our warehouse. The refunds will be made in form of Store Credits or through the same mode of payment as in the order placement.
Store Credits are the fastest way of refund, they are a form of money with no expiry date and no limitations on their usage and they are usually processed within 24-48 hours. All other refunds (except for cash payments) will be issued through the same transaction method used in the original purchase. For example, if you used PayPal as your payment method, the purchase amount will be issued to your PayPal account. All online refunds are processed within 7-10 working days.
